Access and use of the aforementioned website contrary to the terms and conditions shall be violation of the contract and shall be actionable under law. CraftsInIndia.com is a registered Company under the Companies Act 1956. The company shall deal in all aspects of crafts, gems , jewelry, carpets and other related industries.

Terms and conditions for the use of the website are as under--:

• All rights in respect of information and service provided by the company are exclusive property of the company and are non- actionable.
• Transfer of any service or product information by user shall be treated as unauthorized.
• The business information of products supplied by the Company can be used by a subscriber or a visitor to the site for personal or individual business purpose only.
• The service provided by the the Company is subject to laws prevailing in India and any change in law in India shall be automatically applicable.
• Every effort is made to provide perfect information, but the same is subject to general prudence, market behaviour and availability of data input. Minor deviations in the information/service may be possible.
