This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of Crafts in India, which is identified by the Uniform Resource Locator http://www.craftsinindia.com(hereinafter referred to as "Crafts in India"). This agreement has been entered into between you as the user of Crafts in India (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Crafts in India.

• For the purpose of this Agreement, a "User" is any person who access Crafts in India for any purpose whatsoever. A User can further be classified into "Seller" or "Vendor" - who offers for sale, and "Customer" or "Buyer" - who accepts the Seller's / Vendor's offer for sale.
• By accessing or using the services of Crafts in India, User signifies his acceptance and acknowledgement to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including those available by hyperlinks and general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and affiliates. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, it is suggested in his own benefit, not to use the services of Crafts in India.
• Crafts in India reserves the right to revise / modify these terms and conditions at any point of time, by updating this page, and the User's use of Crafts in India after any such revision / modification, signifies User's acceptance to the revised / modified terms and conditions. Therefore User is suggested to check these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
• Any clause contained in this Agreement, if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.
• The User agrees that he will not copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, directories, files, databases or listings including the trademarks and logos available on or through Crafts in India ("Content") for the purpose of re-selling or re-distributing Content, mass mailing (via emails, wireless text messages, physical mail or otherwise), operating a business that competes with Crafts in India, or otherwise commercially exploiting Content. Systematic retrieval of Content from Crafts in India to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from Crafts in India is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Agreement is prohibited.
• The User agrees to use the services provided by Crafts in India, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. User agrees not to violate any laws, third party rights or our policies.
• The User agrees and acknowledges that he has read, understood and satisfied with the Privacy Policy of Crafts in India.
• The User agrees not to post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including false, inaccurate personal information).
• The User agrees not to use services of Crafts in India, if he is not able to form legally binding contracts, is less than 18 years of age or is temporarily or indefinitely suspended from Crafts in India.
• Crafts in India reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and / or payment levied.
• The User agrees not to transfer his Crafts in India account and User ID to another party without Crafts in India's consent. The User agrees not to circumvent or manipulate Crafts in India membership structure or billing process. The User also agrees not to manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other User's listing.
• The User (Buyer / Customer) agrees that he will not fail to deliver payment for items purchased by him, unless the Seller has materially changed the item's description after the Buyer purchases, a clear typographical error is made, or the Buyer cannot authenticate the Seller's identity.
• The User agrees not to spread or post spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes. The User also agrees not to spread viruses, worms, spyware or malware or any other technology that may harm Crafts in India or the interest or property of Users.
• The User agrees not to take any action that imposes or likely to impose (at Crafts in India's sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load Crafts in India's infrastructure. The User also agrees not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Crafts in India or any activities conducted on Crafts in India.
• The User (Seller / Vendor) agrees that he will not fail to deliver items purchased from him, unless the Buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or the Seller cannot authenticate the Buyer's identity.
• The User acknowledges and agrees that Crafts in India does not take any responsibility to calculate, report or remit sales or any other taxes which may be assessed or owing to the Taxing Authorities of any jurisdiction for transactions that arise in connection with the use of the site.
• Through the Site, Crafts in India provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of products and services. Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretenses.
• The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Crafts in India reserves the right, but not the obligation, to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Crafts in India reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of Crafts in India, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
• Crafts in India reserves the right, without prejudice to the remedies otherwise available under the statutes, to limit, suspend or terminate the services and User accounts, prohibits access to Crafts in India, remove host content and take technical and legal steps to keep Users off Crafts in India, if Crafts in India believes that the User is in violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use or creating problems. Crafts in India also reserves the right to cancel the unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein Crafts in India acts merely as an information intermediary or as a booking agent to facilitate / integrate transactions between the Buyers and Sellers through online web store platform and shall in no way be responsible for any quality of product, replacement, damages, additional cost, losses, expenses and / or taxes incurred by Users qua the products. In no event shall Crafts in India, its directors, officials, representatives and employees be liable for any damages relating to products sold through its various platforms. All buyers and sellers who are exposed to each other through this site must exercise normal commercial caution in mutual dealings and Crafts in India accepts no responsibility for any wrongdoing by any side.
• Crafts in India will not be responsible for any damage suffered by Users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue / data resulting from delays, non - deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the Vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
• The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) of Crafts in India is at the User's sole risk. The service(s) of Crafts in India is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Crafts in India, its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through this service. Crafts in India does not represent or warrant maintaining the confidentiality of information; although Crafts in India's current practice is to utilize reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. It is also carefully understood that all warranties, implied or express take place between the Vendors and the Buyers.
• This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.
