Shipping Procedure

The prices displayed with the products are exclusive of the insurance & the freight. Goods are shipped after the payment is received by us. There are three modes of shipment: courier, air cargo or by sea. Courier and air cargo are fast but expensive. Sea freight is an inexpensive but it takes time to deliver the order.

How to calculate the Air freight?

The freight is calculated either on the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the parcel(whichever is higher).

Air Cargo : Goods will be delivered at the nearest International Airport. Average rate of shipping is US$ 10 per kg. Minimum charges are US$50 for 500 gms.
Courier: Goods are delivered at your doorstep. Average rate is US$ 15 per kg. Minimum charges US$ 60 for first 500 gms.

How to Calculate the Sea Freight?

Goods are delivered at the nearest sea port. Average rate of shipping is US$ 65 per cubic metre + US$ 25 for the clearing and forwarding. Minimum charges of US$ 85 are applicable for 1 CBM.

Period of Delivery

Retail orders are shipped within one week of the receipt of the payment. In case of bulk orders we take 6-8 weeks to ship after the confirmation of the order.
By air it takes a week after the customs clearance for the parcel to reach you.
In case of sea, it takes 4-5 weeks after customs clearance to reach your port.

Customs Clearance

Customs Clearance in India is looked after by us. The importer has to take care of the customs clearance on his own in the country of Import.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

Return Policy

In case of damaged/ defective goods you need to contact us through mail within 7 days of your receipt of such goods with all the details.
