1) I want to buy a specific product, how do I order it?

You can select the product from any of the listed categories at our online store. Once you have selected the product click on the icon 'Buy Now'. 'Buy Now' adds the selected product to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of products in the shopping cart according to your preference and can even add new products by clicking on 'Continue Shopping'. After finalizing your order in the shopping cart, please click on 'Pay & Finish'.

In the subsequent screen, you will be requested to provide the billing and delivery details of the order.

"In case you are an existing customer of Craftsinindia.com, you can login with your user name and password and obtain special discount on your current purchase. If you are a new customer, you will be entitled to this discount for your subsequent purchases from Craftsinindia.com. The user name and password will be emailed to you on receiving your initial order."

After completing the Billing & Shipping address form, click on Submit all Detail to proceed to the order confirmation page.

You can view & edit the order detail on this page. After you are satisfied, please click on 'Proceed for Payment' button to confirm your order by making online payment.

2) What are my payment options?

We accept all Master and Visa credit cards. We use ICICI's payment gateway called Payseal. Payseal is a secure payment gateway from ICICI e-payments Ltd and ICICI Bank. However, please note that at the time of payment at our ICICI Bank Secure Payment Gateway your payment currency will get converted into INR. Thus all the transactions will be charged based on that day's currency transfer rates.

We appreciate the security concerns of our valued customers and have devised a 100% foolproof online payment mode powered by ICICI Bank's VeriSign (SSL) secure payseal website. Please be ensured that your credit card information is not divulged to anyone, not even to us.

4) What happens in case the product ordered is not in stock with you?

Generally, we stock all products that we sell however there can be an instance when a certain product goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. In such situations we might take 6-10 days for the procurement of a specified product and you will be duly informed about the possible date of shipment.

 

I am interested to know about your shipping charges, how much I will be required to pay for the product shipped to me?

The cost of shipping is inclusive of the price of the product listed on the site. Hence, you have to pay no extra charges for shipping.

When you buy two or more items from us, we save on shipment. We gladly offer you a discount on your order consisting of two or more items. The discount in your final order can vary depending on the weight of the items.
Your discounted order amount will be displayed only after you fill in the billing details and submit form.

7) What about the custom duties?

Normally, US and other European Countries do not levy custom duties on our products. However, in case the destination country levies custom duties, you will be requested to borne its charges.

8) Is there a way to track my order?

You can track your order anytime by simply entering the order number in our state of the art tracking software that will give you a complete status of your order including the product and shipment details. Besides this we will also provide regular update to you via emails about the status of your order.

When you place an order on our site, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed. We will also send the Airway Bill number of the Courier Company to you so that you can track its status directly from the site of the courier service. Finally, when your order is delivered you will receive e-mail informing you about the date, time of the order delivered.

9) In how many countries you ship handicraft products?

We ship all across the world via FedEx.

10) How long will you take to deliver my order?

We ship within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order. All the confirmed orders placed by 5:30 AM EST are shipped the same day. The order is delivered within 3-4 business days to the recipient.

11) Can I make multiple order of the same item?

You can make multiple order of the same item however there can be an instance when a certain product goes out of stock as our inventory is always on move. In such situations we might take 3-4 business days for the procurement of a specified product and you will be duly informed about the date of shipment in 7 business days.

12) Can I make the payment in currency other than dollars?

Of course you can make the payment in any currency via your credit card. However, please note that at the time of payment at our ICICI Bank Secure Payment Gateway your payment currency will get converted into INR. Thus all the transactions will be charged based on that day's currency transfer rates.

13) Do you commission paintings?

We commission paintings on request. You can send us the designs of the painting you would like us to commission and we will ensure that it gets done.

14) I was wondering whether you have any kind of return and refund policy?

In case you are not satisfied with the product for whatsoever reason you are requested to send back the product within 7 days of its receipt. Please return the product safely to us. We will refund the amount after deducting the shipment charges.

15) Can I send these products as gifts?

You can send these products as gifts anywhere across the world. In the order form you are requested to fill in the Delivery Address of the person you wish to send the gift and we will ensure that he/she receives the gift. The recipient will receive the gift immaculately wrapped with your personalized message printed in a greeting card.

16) Could you please tell me about your privacy policy?

We give complete respect to your privacy. Your personal information is not shared with anyone for whatsoever reasons and your email id is used only to inform you about the status of your order.
